- Log in to Cobo Accounts, then click MFA Management tab.

Click Modify next to Google Authenticator to display the dialog as the following screenshot shows.

Open Google Authenticator on your new device and scan the QR code, enter the six-digit code from Google Authenticator on the dialog, and click Submit to display the Choose MFA method dialog as follows.

On the Choose MFA method dialog, you can choose either of the following two methods:
Method 1: Use your old Google Authenticator device
Click Google Authenticator and the following instructions will be displayed.
Enter the six-digit code from the old Google Authenticator device.Method 2: Use Cobo Guard Click Cobo Guard and the following instructions will be displayed.If your old Google Authenticator device is not available, please choose method two which uses Cobo Guard to reset Google Authenticator. If you have not set up Cobo Guard, please contact our support team to help you reset Google Authenticator. Open the Cobo Guard app and approve the modify-MFA request. Then return to the Cobo Accounts page and click Authentication completed.If your Cobo Guard is unavailable, please refer to reset Cobo Guard due to device change or app reinstallation.
